Dosage

Take 1 capsule at midday with a large glass of water.

Composition

Ingredients for 1 capsule : Griffonia Simplicifolia Seed Extract at 30% 5-HTP, Pullulan gelling tunic, rice extract.

Daily portion for one capsule: Griffonia Simpl. 330 mg of which 5-HTP 99 m
